Alpha Rework provides a range of packaging services ranging from simple to complex packaging requirements. As a contract packer, we act as an extension to your own company, providing a range of different packaging such as liquid filling, heat sealing and shrink wrapping. We have a range of machinery in house to provide a high quality packaging service no matter how complex the packaging required. All work is carried out in our factory alongside many other services we offer such as internet fulfilment, remedial and rework, warehousing and more.
Pick & Pack
Whether you supply businesses or direct to the consumer, our Pick and Pack operation can provide you with your own space for product packaging in our warehouse. We can complete order fulfilment, points of sale compilation and mail order processes. With our pick & pack contract processing we can process orders and despatch to U.K., Europe and Worldwide destinations.
Gift Pack Assembly
We have developed our gift pack assembly capabilities for the contract packaging of raw materials into gift packs in order to provide a service that is able to cope with both the time sensitive nature and the competitiveness the market demands.
Liquid Filling
One of the contract packaging solutions we provide in the UK is liquid filling. We take liquids (none food) in bulk (IBCs) and then dispense into containers of various sizes from 500ml up to 5 Litre, for any quantity from 100 units upwards. Our prices include liquid filling the container and capping. We can label the containers by hand if required. Our contract food and liquid packing service dispense into bottles, spray bottles, jars, cans, pots, tins and soap dispensers.
Heat Sealing
With two L sealers with heat tunnels at our premises, we are able to offer heat sealing services to clients. We can use our heat sealers on a wide range of products including packs of books, stationery, wallpaper, artwork, cards, table mats, tablecloths, clothing and twin packing of products.
Shrink Wrapping
Shrink wrap is probably the most inexpensive and popular forms of co-packing services and is commonly used to enclose items and to wrap them together securely. Using our shrink wrapping facilities ensures the products are kept clean and ensures the pack is sturdy and tamper proof. We operate two Rochman shrink wrap machines (one fully automated and one semi-automated) and three heat tunnels and can wrap various items including trays of cans, bottles, tins or aerosols, multipacks, books, toys and games. By placing two heat tunnels on one line we can sleeve twin or triple packs and then place them in trays for shrink wrapping.
Product Labelling
Utilising our co-packing facilities means you are putting your requirements in the hands of one of the best co-packing companies in the industry. Whether its price point labelling, barcoding of products, packaging stickers, kimballing, attaching better labels, CE labelling or attaching swing tickets we can help. We can even provide the labels for your product labelling if required.
De-Branding / Re-Branding
When manufacturing food or other products, de-branding and re-branding may be required for new products, mature products or unfinished products. This includes removal of existing branding e.g. Labels, swing tags etc. We offer a quick turnaround and competitive prices for all jobs.
Quality Checks (AQL)
If there is a problem with your stock, or if there are problems with stock from suppliers we are able to resolve it. We can agree the acceptance quality limit (AQL) and the inspection standards with you and will carry out documented quality checks accordingly. As part of our contract packing service we ensure that we work to BS6001.
Hand Assembly
When combining several products into a pack then hand assembly may be the only option. We offer hand assembly for bespoke items that cannot be packed by machines such as hampers, goody bags, assembly kits and packs that contain multi items.
